Air Regulator

Air regulators reduce a supplied compressed air pressure to a desired constant lower output pressure. The secondary pressure is generally set by turning an adjustment knob. Air regulators are selected by required accuracy, pipe size, flow rate, pressure range, temperature and maximum inlet pressure. Reduced air pressure is highly desirable for energy conservation, safety requirements, improved air actuator control, controlling force or torque, industrial processes, and air instrumentation.

Pressure Regulator

Pressure regulators reduce an inlet supply pressure to a desired constant lower output pressure. The secondary pressure is generally set by turning an adjustment knob or screw. Standard self-relieving regulators vent any excessive pressure build up in the secondary line above the set point. Non-relieving regulators do not vent this pressure. The pressure regulator is generally selected by required accuracy, pipe size, flow rate, pressure range, and maximum inlet pressure.

Air Pressure Regulator

Air pressure regulators reduce a supplied compressed air pressure to a lower output pressure. The secondary pressure is generally set by turning an adjustment knob. Air regulators are selected by required accuracy, pipe size, flow rate, adjustable pressure range, temperature and maximum inlet pressure.

Air Filter Regulator

Often called a piggyback filter regulator, these units combine an air pressure regulator and air filter into an integral housing with a common inlet and outlet port. Combining the air regulator and air filter saves physical space, setup time and piping costs. The air filter is designed to remove rust, scale, condensed water and other debris from the air line, which may cause wear and pre-mature failure of air tools, valves, cylinders and other pneumatic equipment.

FRL

Filter--Regulator--Lubricator is a combination of an air filter, air regulator and air lubricator into one group. The group of air components are attached together with modular brackets or pipe nipples. A pressure gauge is included with many FRL assemblies.
